We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any vendor partnership for policy violations, poor performance, customer service issues, or legal and ethical concerns.

Clear and timely communication is essential. Vendors must respond promptly to inquiries and notify us of any potential delays, inventory shortages, or major concerns. Furthermore, vendors must not infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property. All submitted content, including images, descriptions, and logos, must be original or properly licensed.
